Formal presentation of the Ocean Cliffs Resort project

Located between Rio San Juan and Cabrera

BREAKING NEWS: Cabrera.- As part of a crowded cocktail party held in the restaurant Taboo Bamboo, the Ocean Resort Cliffs was presented, an innovative concept ofreal estate resort, located between Rio San Juan and Cabrera, an area also called Green Coast, and which means an investment of more than US $ 73 millions.

Its location could not be better, and thanks to the new highway in the Northeast is the only hotel located just two hours away from two main cities of the country (the capital and Santiago) with four international airports and 45 minutes an hour and a half away (Catey, Puerto Plata, Santiago and Las Americas).
Besides, Rio San Juan is in the middle of Atlantic Boulevard, a modern highway to be completed during 2010 and will join Puerto Plata to Samaná.

The presentation ceremony was led by members of the Board of Directors of The Cliffs Resort Ocean project, including Mr. Jabar Singh, Javier Polit, Estefano Isaiah, Carlos Henrique and Jeff Kinkead, who were commissioned to provide a unique evening to a select group of government authorities, investors, entrepreneurs, executives, suppliers and representatives of major medias.

Jabar Singh, Chairman of the Directors Board, spoke about the qualities that will have the tourism property, and said that within the tropical vegetation of the hills of The Ocean Cliffs Resort, more than 154 luxury villas and apartments were established which have a value of between 1 and 30 Millions dollars.

Mr. Singh explained that The Cliffs Resort Ocean was located on a plot of 100 square meters in front of the sea, strategically located between the golf course of Playa Grande and Laguna Gri Gri, and will include all services and amenities found in larger resorts, such as the reception area, concierge, heliport, beach club, tennis, equestrian, children’s playground, golf practice area, wellness spa with gym, and a complete shopping area.

One of the main attractions that will have the project is the setting of a large artificial beach located on the dramatic cliffs of more than 20 meters above sea level, with two large saltwater pools, allowing you to enjoy the unique view on the Atlantic, always maintaining the privacy and security, stated Singh.

The executive stressed that building materials are all natural and of the highest quality : marble floors and walls, wood and tile roofs, doors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms in precious wood with granite countertops. In addition, designs have plenty of ventilation and natural lighting, reducing energy consumption.

He added that the project is designed in three phases, the first to start in April with an estimated duration of 18 months, and according to Singh, the first stage has been designed for a select group of founders, who in addition to receiving an attractive return on their investment, will receive additional benefits.
